Central Coast Therapy Centre (CCTC) was established in 2003 at our first office in Erina. It began as a small part-time practice, and quickly grew to a very busy full-time practice. Approximately nine years ago, the practice moved to our current premises at Berkeley Vale, so that we could better cater to people from both the north and the south ends of the Central Coast, and the lower ends of Lake Macquarie.
The initial vision for the practice was to provide welcoming and comfortable surroundings and professional, high quality service. By keeping the practice relatively small, we believe that we have been able to provide exactly that. A personal touch, where every client who comes in our door is greeted by name and feels as though they belong.
The mission at CCTC is to assist our clients to move forward in their lives by
Feeling, thinking, acting . . . .with value, purpose and compassion.
We believe that our role is to assist our clients to better respond to their thoughts and feelings so that they can live a life that has purpose and value to them. We aim to provide clients with a safe, comfortable environment in which to discuss their concerns. All our clinicians believe that each client brings their own skills and expertise to therapy, and work with them to facilitate change by utilising these skills.
We work together, offering the best possible support for the best possible outcome.
At CCTC we are lucky enough to have a number of clinicians bringing a diverse range of skills and expertise to our team. All our clinicians are registered with their appropriate body and with Medicare Australia and undergo regular professional development and supervision. Due to the number of clinicians working at CCTC, we are able to appropriately match clients with the clinician who would best meet their needs.
