Silvana believes that everyone is able to change and improve their life by focussing on what is important and prioritising what they value. She believes that counselling provides a safe and non-judgemental environment that assists people to find the strategies that work for them; and to allow them to sit with and cope with painful, uncomfortable feelings and thoughts while at the same time focussing on meaningful goals.
Silvana works with clients over the age of 17 and is particularly interested in PTSD, anxiety and depression management.
Silvana comes from a background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques in her treatment.
